Section 01

Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pulang88 website accessible at pulang88.onl as well as any related applications or services provided by pulang88.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user at pulang88.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account, including cash and eligible bonuses.
• "Games" refers to all gambling products available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and table games.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotions or special offers given by pulang88 to users.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be placed as bets before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Section 02

User Eligibility

Use of the pulang88 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of account registration.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by any local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other third party.
• Has not previously had an account terminated by pulang88 for reasons of prior terms violations.

Section 03

Account Registration and Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. The information to be provided includes your full name as on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and the payment method you intend to use.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the following penalties:

• Closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
• Freezing of any cash balance held in those accounts pending the completion of an investigation.
• Cancellation of all bonuses and winnings obtained from multiple accounts.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

pulang88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20 per transaction.

Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM100 per request.

Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. pulang88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before any withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad and a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet statement.

Funds deposited into a pulang88 account must be legitimately owned by the registered user. pulang88 does not accept deposits from third parties and reserves the right to reject any transaction suspected of involving funds from unlawful sources.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

pulang88 offers various promotions to users, including a welcome bonus for new users. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM500. The wagering requirement applied is 15 times the bonus amount received.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Total wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

pulang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page and should be read together with these general terms.

Section 06

Game Rules

All games available on the pulang88 platform are operated using software from licensed and verified game developers. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by any external party.

Users agree to comply with the specific rules for each type of game they participate in. Should any discrepancy or technical malfunction occur during an active game, pulang88 reserves the right to void that game round and return the wagered amount to the user's account.

For sports betting products, all bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final. Bet cancellations may only be made under certain circumstances, such as a match being cancelled or postponed, subject to the relevant sports rules set by pulang88.

Section 07

Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the pulang88 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulating games or acting in collusion with other players to defraud the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing the promotions system or seeking arbitrage opportunities within the bonus offers provided.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation or impersonating another person's identity.
• Taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the pulang88 platform.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate action including permanent suspension or termination of the account and cancellation of all funds and bonuses in that account.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

The pulang88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. pulang88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure from cyber threats, even though every effort is made to ensure service reliability.

pulang88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the platform and games provided.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Betting or game outcomes that are unfavourable to the user.
• Loss of funds resulting from account security failures caused by the user's own negligence.

Section 09

Account Termination

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the pulang88 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any outstanding transactions.

pulang88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• The user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user submits false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected through our security system monitoring.
• Closure is required to comply with legal obligations or directions from the relevant authorities.

Once an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining account balance will be subject to further investigation before any refund is considered, depending on the outcome of pulang88's internal investigation.

Section 10

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

pulang88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on the pulang88 website.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the terms currently in effect. The date of the last update will be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Section 11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pulang88's international licence is issued. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform or this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the overall agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
